What we collect

When you request a quote or book a measure we collect the details you type in: name, phone number, email, suburb and anything you tell us about the job. We use them to call you back and to prepare your quote.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your details with anyone outside Carpet Bob and the installers working on your job. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people look at, so we can improve the site. It sets cookies in your browser and shows us things like the page you came from and the device you use. It does not give us your name or contact details. The map on the contact page comes from Google Maps, which may also set Google cookies. If you block cookies in your browser settings, the site still works.
