Looking after it
- Vacuum at least once a week, more often in hallways and living areas.
- Blot spills straight away with a clean white cloth and cold water. Do not rub, and keep heat and bleach away from wool.
- Have it professionally cleaned every 12 to 18 months to keep the warranty valid.
